Where is the Store Located?
We are Local to Robertson, NSW Australia and offer click n' collection orders, local home delivery.
For non regional addresses we ship via post Australia Wide with some selected International Countries.
Do you provide Home delivery?
Yes we offer Home Delivery for a fee, between $0 - $25 - Depending on the location.
we happily deliver daily to Robertson/Fitzroy Falls/Burrawang region.
our home delivery options are available at the shipping option in checkout.

Any COVID Restrictions?
Yes we have had to change our delivery regions to suit the lockdown and restrictions placed in NSW in 2021.
We cannot home deliver to regions outside of the Southern Highlands or more than 5kms from Robertson.
This means now some Southern Highlands suburbs, the Shellharbour and Illawarra regions will now have to choose a Shipping option - these start from $9 for up to 5kgs and are very reasonable depending on size of package.
What payment providers do you offer?
payment options include Credit Card, PayPal which includes Pay in 4 if available to you, buy now, pay later options such as AfterPay and LAYBUY, Cash/Eftpos on Collection, Osko/PayID Bank Payments or Bank Deposit. All payments/order receive a tax invoice with their order - we are moving towards a eco friendly/safer paperless option of digital receipts.
Do you provide International delivery?
We can offer a international shipping option at the checkout, due to the COVID issues felt worldwide there maybe extra shipping required for some countries. If this occurs we will contact you ASAP.

Normally shipping to New Zealand starts at $5, the United States $12 or UK is $10.
We will confirm with you if any extra charges are needed.
How do I return an item?
Simply start a return by contacting us,
we will always work with you to resolve any issues, we will determine whether we can help you with your product,
or if your items is in fact faulty, a replacement if possible or a credit or refund if we can not help you.
We ask you to not open the item if you receive a duplicate product, and if the item needs swapping.
we cannot accept change of mind returns, nor returns of opened items due to inability to restock or resell item.
Rarely do we have any of this situations occur, but if you do find an issue contact us within 7 days of receiving your items so we can get the issue resolved as soon as possible for you.
What is your returns policy?
our returns policy is 30 days from purchase, please note, we do NOT accept change of mind returns.
please contact us if your are not satisfied with your product.
we would like you to check items on delivery to make sure there are no issues and if any damage or faulty items are in your order we need you to contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I track my order?
All orders are now shipped with tracking,
we add tracking on your orders which is included in the shipping notification email,
unless your order is a click n' Collect or Home Delivery Order.
to find and track order, simply login in to your account > go to your My Orders section, locate your order you want to track and you will find the tracking listed.
if you are having trouble finding the My Account, after logging in you will see at the top of the website a image of yourself with 'Hello, Your Name" with a arrow next to this - click on this and it will have a drop down menu with My Account and My Orders listed.

we offer Click n' Collect (to your Car), Home Delivery to selective regions, or shipped delivery through Australia Post,
Tracked Domestic Letter Post, Tracked Parcel Post, Tracked Express Post and Tracked International Letter & Tracked Parcel Post.
