Delivering Australia Wide
We ship via the most dependable service, Don't Laugh . . . . After many years of trial and error we have found Australia Post gets your goodies from our hands to your door with less fuss, in record time these days! (Don't get me started about these courier companies out there!)
We also offer priority, tracked and express shipping, BUT we do not ship anymore via couriers, as getting your goodies safely to you in a reasonable time frame is our priority. This was a major contributing factor when we moved away from courier deliveries, they just dragged their feet even for collecting our orders! (Also many do not deliver to PO Boxes)
Shipping Pricing
Our Shipping starts from $4.99 for very small items, our Standard is $6.99 which is up to 500gms for A4 and smaller items with width under 20mm, and has tracking Included. Our Parcels start from $9.99 - $12 and 12" x 12" items from $14 (Sorry beyond our control - they still have not worked out a better way!) We are always finding ways for Delivering Australia Wide - Plus when needed other countries as well!
Shipping Discounts
We discount all our Shipping options, If buying larger items, you are always best to buy over $100 or combine items to make it cost effective! We also offer discounts in our Rewards system, you can use your points towards a full discount of your shipping costs. Check out the Rewards program here
Home Delivery
We offer a Home Delivery option to our regions we are near.
These are listed on the Products page under the Shipping Info Section.
If you are further than 5-10 kms we do charge as it is a priority service - but still competitive compared to shipping options.
Collection
We also offer a Click n' Collect or Curbside Collection options now. These are a great way to let us know in advance what You are after as we unfortunately cannot have folks in the Studio as per Insurance restrictions. We usually can have an order ready within 15 mins - 1 Hour depending on how busy we are. Click n' Collect or Local Customers are our Priority.
Express Options
Yes we do have express options but it is not a overnight delivery due to where we are located, as we are not a metro region. But we do find without using Express Post our Parcels will find delivery the next day to Sydney regions. Regions close to us such as Southern Highlands, Illawarra and South Coast tend to Receive their goodies within 2 - 3 days MAX. Unfortunately these days Australia Post no longer offer discounts for delivery in the same Post Code.
Shipping Payments
When there are times when there is over-paid Shipping we Refund ASAP, In the times shipping has been under-paid we will send you a Invoice as we don't want you being charged by AusPost at the other end which usually has a fine included - this rarely happens as now we take on this cost. This Invoice must be Paid before items are Shipped.
